In this action, Plaintiff Andrew Chien sues Defendants Skystar Bio Pharmaceutical Company (“Skystar”), Scott Cramer, Steve Lowe and David Wassung (collectively, the “Defendants”) for securities fraud in connection with a 2005 reverse merger between Cyber Group Network Corporation (“CGPN”) and. Skystar.
