In this securities fraud case, Plaintiff Poptech, L.P. (“Poptech”) and Movants Terence Isakov, M.D. and William A. Meyer (collectively “Plaintiffs”) have filed a 98-page-long Second Amended Complaint [doc. # 101], bringing suit against numerous defendants: Acorn Capital Group (“Acorn”); Stewardship Investment Advisors, LLC (“Advisors”); the Stewardship Credit Arbitrage Fund, LLC (“the Fund”); Marlon Quan; Gustav E.
