Plaintiffs in this case are the former owners of a telecommunications company called KSI, Inc. (“KSI”). 1 Defendants in- elude TruePosition, Inc. (“TruePosition”) and Liberty TP Management, Inc. (“Liberty”), both of which are subsidiaries of Defendant Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media”), as well as Mark Carleton, J. David Flemming, Timothy D.
