MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KANE, Senior District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before me on Defendant Public Service Company of Colorado’s (PSC’s) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed October 10,1997, pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56. Plaintiff Roberta Price asserts claims for sexual harassment, age discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. At issue are: (1) Price’s claim of sexual harassment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.; and (2) Price’s pendent claim that promissory estoppel under Colorado common law precluded her termination.
