Plaintiff in error, Abraham Greiper, filed suit in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, and charged in a single count the defendant, Helen F. Coburn, joined by her husband, with the negligent operation of an automobile near the corner of Alton Road and Fifth Street in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, which proximately caused his injuries.
