This is an appeal from the granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment to the employer on a claim of sexual harassment filed under the Jones Act, 46 App.U.S.C.A. § 688 (1996). Plaintiff-Appellant Toni Martinez (“Martinez”) sued her employer, Defendant-Appellee Bally’s of Louisiana, Inc., (“Bally’s”), claiming sexual harassment, vilification and infliction of mental distress by her supervisor.
