MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION FOR CONVERSION

This case is before the court upon Debt- or Sue M. Oblinger’s Notice and Motion for Conversion from Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 (“Motion”) [Doc. # 13] and Chapter 7 Trustee Louis J. Yoppolo’s (“Trustee”) Objection to Conversion [Doc. # 18].
