I. INTRODUCTION
Robert Murphy ("Murphy"), the holder of a prepetition judgment against the debtor, Michele Marinari ("Debtor"), moves under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 59(e), 52(b), and 60(b) (" Rules 59(e), 52(b), and 60(b)") to have this Court reconsider or vacate its order granting the Debtor's request to voluntarily dismiss her chapter 13 case pursuant to § 1307(b).
