This is an action for damages for breach of contract. A verdict and judgment for $70,000 were obtained by plaintiffs. An appeal was taken to this court where the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded with directions to sustain defendant’s motion for a judgment *217notwithstanding the verdict. Selig v. Wunderlich Contracting Co., 159 Neb. 46, 65 N. W. 2d 233. Plaintiffs filed a motion, for a rehearing. This court allowed a reargument on the motion.
