The plaintiff, Thomas Poulos, brought this action in the Superior Court alleging, inter aha,1 that his employer, the named defendant, Pfizer, Inc.,2 had required him to submit to drug testing in violation of General Statutes § 31-51x3 and unlawfully had terminated his employment on the basis of the results of those tests.
