OPINION BY

JOHNSON,-J.:

¶ 1 Gerald E. Brewer, former Wilkins-burg Borough Chief of Police, appeals the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Retaliation Against a Witness, 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 3921, 4953 (respectively). Brewer contends that the Commonwealth adduced insufficient evidence to sustain his Retaliation conviction and that the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony concerning Brewer’s stewardship of funds confiscated by the police department pending resolution of the defendants’ cases.
