MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objection to Confirmation (the “Objection”) opposing confirmation of debtor Richard Nahat’s (“Debtor” or “Mr. Nahat”) plan filed on January 31, 2002. The Objection, though articulated under several of the statutory requirements for confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan 1 , is grounded on the premise that Debtor fails to pay all of his disposable income into the plan.
