MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

THe Honorable BILL PARKER, Chief Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court to consider confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plan (the “Plan”) filed by the Debtor, Drucella C. Charles (“Debtor”), in the above-referenced Chapter 13 case. Ronald E. Stadtmueller, Chapter 13 Trustee, objected to the confirmation of the Plan on the grounds that the Debtor is not applying all of her projected disposable income for the first three years of the Plan, in contravention of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B), as that statute was amended by the passage of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and…
