MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is the objection (the “Objection”) of the chapter 13 standing trustee (the “Trustee”) to (1) confirmation of Patricia Ann Nahat’s (“Patsy”) final plan (“Patsy’s Plan”) and (2) the modification (the “Modification”) of Richard Mitri Nahat’s (“Richard”) (collectively, the “Na-hats”) confirmed plan (“Richard’s Plan”) filed pursuant to section 1329(a) of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”). 1 Patsy’s Plan was initially considered by The Honorable Barbara J.
