Upon the complaint filed by a practicing attorney 'this suit was instituted in the name of the state to disbar appellant, a licensed attorney. Appellant answered, demurring to the sufficiency of the complaint and denying the allegations thereof. After a general charge the jury returned its verdict, finding the appellant guilty of the dishonorable conduct alleged. Judgment was rendered disbarring the appellant.
