Affirming.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Hopkins circuit court in favor of the appellee, assessing a street improvement lien against the appellant’s right of way for $18,932.50, together with interest and penalties thereon, for the improvement of Railroad street, Earlington, Kentucky. A demurrer having been sustained to each of the various paragraphs of the answer of the appellant, which was the defendant below, and the appellant having declined to plead further, judgment was rendered for the assessed cost of the street improvement, with…
