DEVITT, District Judge.
This matter is before us on defendant’s motion for a stay of proceedings pending appeal and for the sealing of records. We deny the motion.
On July 14, 1986, this court issued findings of fact and an order transferring the juvenile defendant for criminal prosecution pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 5032. The defendant, a seventeen year old male, is charged with a first degree murder, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111, 1153, and an assault, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 113(f), 1153.
