Seventeen-year-old juvenile, who admitted to the underlying offense of petty larceny and to being a delinquent, *251seeks permission to appeal from a decision of the family court retransferring the matter to district court, pursuant to 33 V.S.A. § 5527(c). Juvenile’s request for permission to appeal is premised on State v. Lafayette, 148 Vt. 288, 292, 532 A.2d 560, 562 (1987), which allowed interlocutory review of a collateral order denying transfer of a criminal proceeding to juvenile court.
