William C. Slusher, plaintiff-appellant herein, and Patsy Slusher were married on July 18, 1980. On July 18,1983, William Slusher filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County against defendant-appellee, Fred Oeder, seeking damages under the following four causes of action: (1) criminal conversation, (2) alienation of affections, (3) intentional infliction of emotional distress, and (4) loss of consortium based upon each of the first three causes of action.
