In this negligent design products liability case, Kia Motors Corporation and Kia Motors America, Inc. (“Kia”) challenge the judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of Lawrence Ruiz, individually and as representative of the estate of Andrea Ruiz, Shenequa Ruiz, Christopher Ruiz, and Suzanna Ruiz.
