Dell Cullum appeals the judgment awarding Dalene White actual and punitive damages on her libel claim and the permanent injunction entered as a pretrial sanction.
Background
White is the owner of Diamond A Ranch in Leakey, Texas, which among other enterprises, operates an exotic game ranch. White and her family are well known in the community as long-time residents and ranchers.
