ORDER
JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this Adversary Proceeding, Plaintiff Interfinancial Corporation objects to a discharge for this Chapter 7 Debtor under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 727, and Plaintiff Chapter 7 Trustee seeks to have certain transfers from the Debtor to his wife Shirley, a co-Defendant, declared fraudulent under 11 U.S.C. § 547 and § 548. Trial was held at Butte on June 5, 1991. Testimony was heard and exhibits admitted into evidence. Objection to certain exhibits and motions were taken under advisement.
