This appeal arises from the grant of defendant Belcher’s motion for directed verdict in an action brought by the state for condemnation of a motor home seized under the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. On July 8, 1980, acting on an informant’s tip and accompanied by the informant, special agent Tom Davis of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation met with one Sharpe inside Denny’s Restaurant in Gwinnett County to negotiate the purchase of cocaine.
