DECISION
{¶ 1} Relator, Dean F. Rennell, has filed this original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to reinstate him to his former position as an inventory control supervisor, a classified civil service position, and to pay him back wages and benefits. The commission has filed a motion for summary judgment.
