Defendants Bradford and Moskovitz move to dismiss on the ground that they are absolutely immune from suit and, therefore, that the amended complaint fails to state a claim on which relief can be granted under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff objects to the United States Magistrate’s recommendation that the motion to dismiss be granted, see Scott v.
