This case discloses the corruption of a part of the student body of North High School in Bakersfield through the illegal sale of marijuana. The defendant, Daniel Bruce Dickerson, was convicted on two counts of the information, the first, the sale of marijuana to Allan Garner, a minor aged 16 years and a student at the high school; the second, a felonious possession of marijuana for sale. On appeal the defendant does not claim that the evidence is insufficient to warrant the conviction on either count.
