— By information defendant was charged with two counts of horse-race bookmaking (Pen. Code, § 337a, subd. 1) and two counts of keeping and occupying premises for the purposes of such bookmaking. (Pen. Code, § 337a, subd. 2.) The trial court granted defendant’s motion to set the information aside (see Pen. Code, § 995) on the ground that all of the evidence against him had been obtained by illegal searches and seizures in violation of his constitutional rights. The People appeal.
