MEMORANDUM OPINION
DEBORAH K. CHASANOW, District Judge.
Pending before the court is the government’s interlocutory appeal from an order issued November 18, 2013, by United States Magistrate Judge Thomas M. DiGi-rolamo, granting a motion to suppress filed *401by Appellee Michael E. Lechliter. The relevant issues have been briefed and the parties presented oral argument at a hearing on February 14, 2014. For the reasons that follow, the suppression order will be reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings.
