TATE, Circuit Judge:
Lawrence Martin appeals an order of the district court upholding the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services to deny him disability insurance benefits. He urges, first, that no substantial evidence supports the Secretary’s finding that his breathing impairment — chronic pulmonary obstructive disease, chronic bronchitis, and episodic asthma — is not “severe.” (The non-severity finding by itself disqualified Martin from receiving disability benefits.)
