Caron LaBrecque (“LaBrecque”) has sued her former employer Sodexho USA, Inc. and Sodexho, Inc. 1 (“Sodexho”) for faffing to reasonably accommodate her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12112 (“ADA”). Defendant moved for summary judgment on the grounds that plaintiff was not disabled within the definition of the ADA, and also that plaintiffs resignation preempted its effort to reach a reasonable accommodation.
