Plaintiff, Ken Moore (“Moore”), filed a one-count complaint against his former employer, Hexacomb Corporation (“Hexacomb”), in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court alleging that Hexacomb violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., and the Michigan Persons With Disabilities Civil Rights Act (“PWDCRA”), M.C.L. § 37.1101, et seq., by refusing to make a reasonable accommodation and by terminating him based on a disability which was unrelated to his ability to perform his job with a reasonable accommodation.
