In this action for indemnity arising out of a motor vehicle lease, the plaintiff, U. B. Vehicle Leasing, Inc., appeals from the judgment rendered in favor of the defendants, lessee Scott Davis and his au pair, Jelena Lektorova, who was the operator of the vehicle at the time it was involved in an accident.
