The decedent, Joseph Auditore, died on May 9,1920, leaving a will which was duly probated. The executors and trustees appointed by the will renounced, and, on August 18, 1920, letters of administration c. t. a. were issued to Guisippina Auditore and Frank Auditore, and they filed a bond for $500,000 with the National Surety Company as surety. On June 16, 1925, upon the petition of his coadministratrix, Frank Auditore was removed as administrator upon the ground that he had wasted the assets of the estate in his hands.
