These are motions by one of the respondents for the issuance of a commission and by the administratrix for an order vacating a notice of examination before trial in a proceeding for the sale of real property. The application was brought on by the administratrix in connection with the sale of deceased’s 16% undivided interest in a building located at 353 East 53rd Street and with his interest in a bond and mortgage which the mortgagor has indicated a wish to redeem.
