Ingraham, J.:
There is but one substantial question presented upon this appeal, and that is as to the propriety of charging the appellants as executors with the sum of $34,615.38, received by them as extra compensation for services rendered to a coi’poration known as The F. & M. Schaefer Brewing Company. The testator, Frederick Schaefer, died on May 27, 1897, and his two sons, Edward C. Schaefer and George G. Schaefer, and his son-in-law, George H. *380Chatillon, were appointed executors by his last will and testament, which was duly admitted to probate and letters testamentary were issued thereon.
