MEMORANDUM OPINION

LYDON, Senior Judge:

In this civilian pay case, plaintiff, proceeding pro se, challenges her removal from the Federal service and, in addition, seeks overtime compensation for the period prior to her removal.1 Defendant has moved to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint or, in the alternative has moved for summary judgment. Plaintiff has filed an opposition to these motions.
