Plaintiff Debra H. Freeman (“Freeman”) brings this action pursuant to the Federal Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), Title 5 U.S.C. Section 552, as amended October 27, 1986, Public Law 99-570, Sections 1801-1804. Freeman, a follower of Lyndon LaRouche (“LaRouche”), has campaigned unsuccessfully for public office as a candidate of the National Democratic Policy Committee, LaRouche’s party.
