MEMORANDUM

MOTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff, The Baltimore Sun Company (“Sun”), has brought a claim against defendant, United States Marshals Service (“USMS”), under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552. Sun alleges that USMS unlawfully denied its reporter’s request for information from USMS databases regarding the sale of seized property. In particular, plaintiff challenges USMS’s redaction from Property Disposition Reports (“Records”) of the following information pertaining to each property: 1) address, 2) court case number, and 3) receiver of the property.
