MEMORANDUM and ORDER
WALDMAN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is defendant’s Motion for Imposition of Rule 11 Sanctions. Defendant seeks monetary sanctions against *151Rosemarie Rhodes, plaintiffs counsel in this action. Defendant asks specifically that counsel be fined and ordered to pay attorney fees and costs to defendant. Defendant asserts that such sanctions are appropriate “based on the legally frivolous claims presented in plaintiffs complaint.”
