MARTIN, Circuit Judge.

Pamela Abbett Nicholson, a Michigan citizen, moves for miscellaneous relief and appeals pro se a district court order denying her motion for an extension of time to appeal in an action filed pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. RApp. P. 34(a).
