Defendant Ray Charles Frederick appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion to extend the time for filing a notice of appeal following his plea-based conviction and sentence on one count each of identity theft and mail fraud. After review of the record and consideration of the arguments presented on appeal, we find no abuse of discretion and affirm.
