The petitioner, Linda Harvey, seeks review of an order of the Board of Education of Jefferson County School District No. R-l (the Board) dismissing her from her position as a tenured teacher. 1 She argues that during the administrative proceedings which culminated in her dismissal, the rulings of the hearing officer and the conduct of the School District’s attorney and of the Board violated constitutional guarantees of due process of law and certain provisions of the Colorado Teacher Employment, Dismissal and Tenure Act of 1967 (the Act), §§ 22-63-101 to -118, 9 C.R.S.…
