Michelle Snyder seeks review of the final order of the Board of Education of Jefferson County School District R-l (the Board) dismissing her from her position as a tenured teacher with the school district pursuant to the Teacher Employment, Dismissal, and Tenure Act of 1967, § 22-63-101, et seq., C.R.S. (1988 Repl.Vol. 9) (the Tenure Act).
