MEMORANDUM DECISION ON REQUEST PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 362(j) FOR AN ORDER CONFIRMING THAT THE AUTOMATIC STAY HAS TERMINATED

Section 362® of the Bankruptcy Code, added by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPCPA”) allows any party in interest to request, by ex parte application, that an order be issued “confirming that the automatic stay has been terminated” pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c).
