Jurisdiction
This matter came before the Court for consideration of the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee’s (the “Trustee”) Motion to Dismiss Case. At the same time, on the Court’s own motion, a status conference was held in the above adversary proceeding pursuant to Section 105(d)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 The Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and the General Order of Reference, as amended, entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
