This is an appeal and cross-appeal from the referee's recommendation that the court suspend the license of Jeffrey J. Grady to practice law in Wisconsin for a minimum period, specified as 30 days, as discipline for professional misconduct. That misconduct consisted of the failure to exercise reasonable diligence and promptness in representing clients, entering into a prohibited business transaction with a client and failing to hold in a trust account a client's share of estate distributions.
