Appellant seeks reversal of the judgment of the Second Division of the United States Customs Court, entered in conformity with its decision, C. D. 1280, 25 Cust. Ct. 166, overruling appellant’s protest against the classification of and duty assessment upon paper napkins made by the Collector of Customs at the port of New York City. The merchandise appears to have been entered October 2, 1947. It is subject to the Tariff Act of 1930 as originally enacted, none of the amendments subsequently made by trade agreements having application to the particular importation involved.
