Plaintiff-appellant Gerard Cotter filed claims against his former employer, Ajilon Services, Inc. (“Ajilon”), under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., and Michigan’s Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (“PWDCRA”), Mich. Comp. Laws §§ 37.1101 et seq., which substantially resembles the ADA.
