During the pendency of an action by the appellee against the appellants for the recovery of the possession of real estate, the appellee obtained the appointment of a receiver to take possession of the property and of the corn and wheat growing or standing thereon. From this order the defendants within ten days perfected an. appeal, and now insist that the court erred in overruling their demurrer to the application for the appointment, and in sustaining a demurrer to their answer thereto.
