HILL, Justice.
[T1] Shirley Aun Weidt (Weidt) appeals a conviction for interference with custody alleging that she was denied a fair trial because of a variance between the offense charged in the Information and the instructions given to the jury. Weidt also challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and the competency of her trial attorney's representation. We find no error in any of the claims raised, and we affirm Weidt's conviction.
